Online Music Store Trouble

I bought every song and album I could from the rhettandlink.com/store.  I received the email for the download links.  The individual file links worked fine but the links for the zip file albums will only download empty zip files.

A little help?  I did send a note to sales@rhettandlink.com but no response yet.
