pirate all the way. ninjas are lijit but i must say with their cannons, guns, grenades, swordsmenship, and dirty tounges pirates got the ninjas beat.

Ninja Pirates would win. Ninjas with wooden legs and hooks for hands. You might think that it would be a bother having wooden legs and whatnot, but it's not because they're ninjas.

I do like pirates the most but in a fight i think a ninja would win because they are stealthier and could just sneak up on a drunk pirate and slash his throat

Although pirates are tough, I think a ninja have more tricks up his or her sleeve.
With stealth, agility, and weapons, ninjas has the upper hand--even against a sober pirate.
They will both put up a really good fight though.
