Judging by the haste and face with which he removed it, I'm guessing it was not supposed to be pulled out quite yet. Looks like we'll be getting some shoe news in the future.

Tweak Shoes has been dropping hints and recently started showing pictures of the new Mythical shoes for a while on their Instagram, so I don't think it was a huge deal that Link pulled it out by accident. I think they probably would have edited it out it if they really wanted to keep it quiet. It was a little strange that they didn't acknowledge the slip at all.

The first time I had seen the new shoe was in this picture was from  July 11th. If you look closely, it's sitting on the desk. I think it was still in the early stages at that point.

Me too! I'm pretty excited about it. I have yet to buy a pair and I think I might just get those once they're out.

I heard that someone from tweak shoes had mentioned the new shoes were coming out this November. I can't remember the source right now, but if I find it I'll post it back here.

R&L just announced the release on their Facebook page yesterday. They are apparently also selling a hat.
