Well, it's not reall that difficult. . . you just post a welkomm note for every new member that joins and be sure to keep up with it every day. . . 15-20 per day unless there's some "high volume" event going on. . . and sooner or later after a couple of years it adds up to 23,000+ welkomms posted.

I was kind of conflicted between Lysh and Gumball, but I think Lysh would be hilarious and I like things that rhyme.
