I ordered the Camo's a month ago and still have yet to receive them, I love you guys but this is a little disappointing.  I ordered them to wear not to just put them on a shelf and look at them.  i got an email about them having a customs problem or something but that was two weeks ago and in that email they said they were going to be shipped that week, Come on.  Please make this worth my time and waiting, i don't want to be discouraged by this because to be honest all i think about when i watch the show and see you guys promote them is, when am i going to get mine.  please help and make something happen, I live in the valley even, (sherman Oaks) i can come pick them up, my wife actually tried to get you guys to come to our place for your first episode where you travel to someone's house but something didn't work out, but i was hopeing you would have brought them then, oh well please help and also has anyone else ran into this problem with an order from them?

Rhett and Link don't have any control over the actual delivery of the shoes. That's handled by Tweak, the company that makes them. Hopefully everything works out with the customs, but it's still a reasonable amount of time for shipping since the order page says they'll begin shipments between 11/14 and 11/21. Enjoy your shoes when they come!

regardless if they are associated with the processing of the order they should know about the troubles ordering them and when i placed the order they said they would be to me in 7 days.  after two weeks they told me it was a customs problem and they would be shipped that week.   that was two weeks ago.  i was looking to see if someone else has had a similar problem, not to give me their opinion on what hey think is the problem, especially when you haven't ordered some your self.  I paid a lot of money for them. so unless you haven't got your order too i don't want to hear it 

A) My primary reason for replying was just was trying to let you know that if you wanted to describe your problem somewhere it might help speed up your order, Tweak would be the place, not here. You last sentence seemed to imply that you were asking Rhett & Link to help, and I just wanted to clarify that they wouldn't personally be able to do anything about your unfortunate order circumstances.

B) I did order a pair of Mythical shoes: a few years ago when the vanilla ones were just coming out. I ended up getting them after a month and a half of waiting, though I found out later that for four weeks of that, they hadn't shipped yet. I never even received a shipping email, so I was pretty in the dark about what was happening, too, as you are.

C) And finally, I wasn't trying to make you more frustrated, but since that looks like what happened, sorry about that. I hope everything works out and your shoes come quickly.
