My Ginormous Time Traveling Experience. (Long Story)

So, after school today, I was texting someone...yadda yadda yadda. Since they live in a different state than I did, they were still in school an hour later than me. I was on YouTube, and before I knew it I fell asleep. I woke up, looked at my clock, and it said 7:47, and for me, that means I'm late for school in the mornings. I jump out of bed, get ready for school in 10 minutes, and head out the door.

As I'm walking, I notice that many people are up, when they usually aren't. A small little ice cream shop down the street, and the church were both full. This is very unusual this early in the mornings. I finally get to school, but noticed that the parking lot was empty when at least teacher's cars were supposed to be there. I shrug it off, and STILL walk to the school door. All the lights were off, except for a select few. I STILL go inside the school, and knock on the office door. No answer. I stand there for a good 10 minutes before I walk back home. Why the door was unlocked, I have no clue.

I get home, and start knocking on my mother's bedroom door. My stepdad only shushes my dog, and goes back to sleep. I pull out my phone, and text the same person from before I fell asleep. I tell her I'm freaking out, and that I didn't know what was going on, because I really didn't. She was at first upset, because she thought I was ignoring her, but then started cracking up. I asked her why she thought it was funny, and she says, "It's 8:30 at night for you." I STILL didn't believe her, until 9 came around and it was getting darker out.

For a full HOUR I was stuck in the future, in my mind, of course. I went IN the school. What would you have done if that happened to you?
