I peered off into the distance to see a man being peed on and stabbed. Then he ate his head. He said hi and walks away

I peered off into the distance and saw the ocean. I could not remember what my name is but could tell that I was supposed to be here. There was a women by the beach. She was with a small child that looked very much like her. The two spotted me and called me down from the embankment that I was standing on. It was strange, I've never met these people before but felt happy to be around them. They ran to me but were swept away by the tide like so many grains of sand before. I dropped to my knees and cried out to the sea to give back the strangers. I collapsed to the sand with a thud and sat there. The tide was rolling back in. I closed my eyes and heard the rush of water over me but could not fell it. I opened my eyes to a desert that has never seen a drop of rain in the eternity that it has existed. I stayed where I was and could feel the years encroach on me. The sand flowing in and out. I felt my last seconds coming to an end and closed my eyes. I opened them back up to my bed room drenched with sweet. It was extremely weird to have a nightmare so vivid, so . . . real. I shook it off and stared at my ceiling for the longest time. I was soon lulled back to the warm embrace of the clouds of my mind, lifting me up to the next adventure.

I peered off into the distance, where, on the horizon, something was moving.  It was still too far away to be clear, but I could tell that it was coming towards me.  I stopped, curious to discover what it was.  I had seen no one for days, not since I had entered the lonely hill country.  But here something was, moving closer and closer, now silhouetted against the sky, now disappearing behind a hill.  Yet each time it vanished, it reappeared a little nearer, never deviating from its path.  Shielding my eyes against the sun, I tightened the straps on my backpack in anticipation.  Soon the wind carried a noise to me across the rolling green hills: the roar of a motor.

I strained my eyes to see, and as the sound built, over the top of the nearest hill crested a magnificent motorcycle, shining with chrome and black enamel.  Needing no road, the chopper shot down into the next valley, racing towards me.  I began to back away uneasily, for the driver of this bike showed no sign of slowing.  With a mighty roar he tore up the side of the hill and flew several feet into the air at the top before crashing down in a skid that ended not five feet from where I stood.

I finally got a look at this strange figure.  Seated easily on his huge machine, the man looked steadily at me, an amused smile on his face.  He wore no helmet, so I could clearly see his face.  His red hair was pulled back into a short ponytail.  His eyes were bright and shone with the inner light of a roving spirit.  Impressive sideburns framed his face.  This man, who was beginning to look strangely familiar, wore a long, dark coat that partially covered a pack on the back of his bike.

As I stood there, perplexed and intrigued, the man gestured to something next to him.  I walked around and saw another bike, identical to his, standing there.  Shock forced me back a step: I was absolutely certain that it was not there before.  The man merely raised an eyebrow at me, but that was all it took for me to understand.  The bike, the coat, the hair-this mysterious stranger was me.  Idealized, super-me, the me that I wish I could be.  And as I understood, he pointed again to the bike.

"Ready for an adventure?"

I peered off into the distance and saw the 7 paragraph story that I wrote for this forum disappear into the abyss of "non-saved progress". Y u no autosave computer? Oh well... it was about Skyrim if you wanted to know. Great game. Play it sometime. /:J

I'm working on it.
