Home of Rhett & Link fans - the Mythical Beasts!

Amigos,

My son absolutely loves all things Rhett and Link.   Got the Mythical Shoes.  The works.  (Well, I like their stuff a bit, too!)

We're coming to for 4 days Los Angeles this upcoming weekend (Oct 11-15, 2013).  Any chance you guys might know some locations that we might hit up to make some kind of Rhett and Link connecton?  Like "This video was shot in front of that house."  Or, "Here's the apartment they first lived in."  Or, the grocery store they shop in.  ANYTHING!

Ben and I would be forever in your debt!

Here's a listing for many of the LA-area businesses that were featured on R&L commercial spots . . . some of the websites have changed since I initially compiled these for Commerical Kings, but I've updated the links here for you if possible.

HAPPY TRAVELS!

NOTE:  Chuck Testa's shop in Ojai (Ventura County) is approx. 80 miles from downtown L.A., so it depends on which direction you are driving and how much time you have to tour around.

NOTE:  Presidential Car Wash is now called Hollywood Stars Car Wash . . . same location, same phone number, same look, but I'm not sure if Deepa and Roger are still the owners.

Wow, Gumbo123,

Thank you so much.  That's incredible!

We'll give you a report on what we got to see.

Must add one more to the list - - - this is where the Mythical Beast Dance Party segment was filmed during the ALL NIGHT LONG (11-hour marathon)

You can find it at 12150 Emelita Street, Valley Village, CA 91607

Extremely cool, Gumbo123! I just mapped all the locations and now we're planning the route!

I'll give you a report when we get back next week.

Thanks, too, for the Beginners Guide to the Kommunity that you sent.  It'll really help bring me up to speed!

Gumbo is the Kommunity's resident expert in all things helpful!

I was also working on a mapping tool, but had to set it aside before it was finished.  Here 'tis if it can still be of any use.  Check this out and let me know if it helps in your planning.

If you or any other MBs should happen to post any additional stops you might make here, I'll add them to the map for you.

Safe travels and, as always, STAY BEAST!

Your new map is available here:

Just in case you find yourselves cruising through the surrounding high desert area and have need of fuel, snacks or a potty break . . .
