I just made one of these yesterday! I haven't uploaded a video to YT in a long time, so I was stumped for a minute. But you just film it (make sure the audio/video is clear and good!) and upload it to your own channel. Then you go to the most recent GMM, click on the comments box and a create a video response option will appear next to "post," click that and then choose the video you want. And then hope you get chosen! 

I've seen someone post it on the R&L Facebook once, so I don't know if that helps.
