Hi Bailey, 

The way people usually submit the wheel ending videos is by uploading them to Youtube and then submitting them over Facebook or Twitter. Rhett and Link's Twitter account is @rhettandlink. It's also helpful to use the hashtag #GMMWheel, so it's easier for them to find on both Facebook and Twitter.
