Groups and posting

Hi y'all
Since joining the community, I've noticed a rather large lack of activity in the groups.  To alleviate this I've thought that maybe some sort of posting quota could be implemented?  Perhaps a minimum number of posts per month could be required to stay in a group (or some such thing..)?  *shrugs*
Post additional suggestions.
