Getting started on youtube

I am attempting to start a channel to make revenue off of, but youtube is rather unclear on their partnership details and the copyright laws. I was hoping for your advice on this since you have been doing it for a while.

Hi Ben!
There's a group here on the Komm called "Active YouTubers" that I'm sure could provide with you with some of the answers you seek.
I've actually found they copyright laws and details and being a YouTube partner fairly straightforward (although I am by no means an expert). There are lots of resources out there to help aspiring YouTubers navigate their way through the process. Good luck to you! :)
