Home of Rhett & Link fans - the Mythical Beasts!
I decided back in April that casually watching old episodes here and there wasn't good enough. I wanted to see them all. In order.
Three months later, I have watched (or re-watched) EVERY Good Morning Chia Lincoln, Mythical Show, Good Mythical Morning, and Good Mythical More. Wheeee! I watched beards and mustaches come and go, saw the crew change and expand, caught glimpses of their kids growing up...
No idea how many videos that actually was, total. Lots, and lots, and lots.
Naturally, I've come back here to throw myself a little celebratory party in the forum!
[imagine balloons and cake here]
Anyone else pulled this stunt lately?
And the real question: what do I do with myself now? One new GMM (and GMMore) daily won't fend off mythical withdrawal!

Congrats! I am in the process of watching them in order too. What you do now is re-watch your favorites and some of their music videos and watch other shows that they have been guests on like Nerdy Nummies.
We actually have a Kommunity playlist of R&L guest appearances. It's a decent size now, so it could keep you busy for a little while. :-)
Very mythical indeed! Congrats on the marathon completion!
I've sort of been intending to go back through all the old GMMs...I already went through the GMCLs and maybe 1/4 of GMM Season 1 several weeks ago, but life got in the way and I haven't had the time to sit down and binge on older GMMs since then. Some day...
The playlist of R&L Guest Appearances has already been suggested to you, but whenever you finish that, might I suggest a marathon of all their main channel videos? And after that, there's all their old RhettandLinKasts, which are pretty lengthy...R&L have been making videos for so long that there's always more content to see!
Somehow I knew I could count on my fellow Mythical Beasts :D
Thanks for some awesome suggestions! Now I've only got to decide which of these awesome ideas to go with first, and that is a much better problem to have!
Yeah, Annie, I'm going your way now!
Well, I'm doing it backwards, so 7th, 6th and 1/4 of 5th season down, a lot more to go! So excited!
Although I don't understand how you managed to watch it all just in three month. How many hours a day did you dedicate? :)))
Well, more like three and a half months, really :P
It definitely helped that I was under the weather and in bed with just a laptop for company for part of that time: that speeds along a marathon like you wouldn't believe. There was some insomnia in there as well, and when you just can't sleep and have hours to kill...
I can't say I recommend that strategy!
I see, hope you are feeling better now!
I watch GMM in the morning, in the evening before I go to bed, and on the way to work in transport. But I don't rush, I wanna extend the pleasure :)
Oh yes - all better now. But true to form, Rhett and Link made a very dismal month a whole lot more pleasant to get through. : )
From here on out, though, I think I'll be sticking to your technique!
Good job, Annie! It took me about 3 months, too, to go through them all in order when I first discovered them this past Christmas break. Some fun ones to start with from their main channel, if you haven't seen them yet, is the Seaborne & Roach series - they crack me up! Also, watch "The True Story of Link's Broken Pelvis" - it is hilarious, and a good introduction with links to other RhettandLinKasts like Victoria suggested. Happy watching!
Awesome, Melanie! Sounds like you used your break wisely XD
"The True Story of Link's Broken Pelvis" has been one of my all-time-favorites for a while - so great! But I hadn't seen the Seaborne & Roach series yet. Thanks for the tip!
Meanwhile, I've started in on a chronological run through all the main channel vids, and after that it will be off to the RhettandLinkKasts... Ought to keep me busy for a good long while!
CONGRATS! Rhett and Link recently posted a Tumblr! list of playlists which would probably be of interest as you continue your journey to ultimate beastliness . . .
Ooh - thanks, Gumbo! I'd missed that entirely. Much appreciated!
