Home of Rhett & Link fans - the Mythical Beasts!

Before you read ANY of this, take note I'm new here, so don't judge too hard.

I'd like to see which is better, dogs or cats? I think the results would be best if combined with facts and personal experiences. Let's start with the facts:

Dogs:
+ Some breeds are very useful at times. For example, Bloodhounds can sniff and search for items/people.
+ Very playful at times
+ Most are cute
+ Nice cuddle partners.
+ Most of the time is good to walk with
- Quite a big responsibility
- Will chew on ANYTHING they get their paws on
- Sometimes loud
- Sometimes aggressive
- Will keep biting until they lose all their teeth ( The usual age of tooth loss is 4 months)
- There's no stopping that scratching
- Stoppable, but very hard to stop it from jumping
- Some dogs will continue to bite after tooth loss
My Verdict: The center attention. Sometime in a very good way. Sometimes in a very bad way.

Cats:
+ The very embodiment of cute ( Also lord of the internet )
+ A great thing to pet and cuddle with
+ Some breeds actually don't grow claws
+ Not a huge responsibility
+ Doesn't really beg or steal
- Those bites really hurt
- If you get the kind of cat that does scratch, might as well kill yourself...
- As we've all learned from Simon's Cat, they can cause be quite the troublemaker at times.
- If it's not eating or sleeping, he's probably hissing at you
My verdict: A cat is like eating a bowl of Ghost Peppers just for about 20 years of free ice cream.

I'd like to hear your personal experiences, just to judge which is truly better. Maybe Rhett or Link will notice this. If they do notice this, I'd like them to make the Final Verdict. But just so you know, my choice is cats.
