Do you have a favorite RPG game, and what do you look for in an RPG?

So I'm new here and what I like to do as soon as I join a community is to ask this question:

"What is your favorite RPG game?"

Personally I enjoy the older Final Fantasy games with it being a tie between VII and IX

And along with that question, what features do you look for in a good RPG game?

I go for storytelling most of all, I want to be made to care for the characters and I'm always looking for that feeling of: "I'll just play for a little longer..."
