Did The Lonely Island steal their fashion statement from Rhett?

The title of The Lonely Island's most recent album is "Turtleneck & Chain," which I won't get into here.

The fashion statement of the title (and subsequent album cover picture) seems to have been stolen from the Rhett & Link video "Epic Rap Battle," precisely at the 2 minutes and 13 seconds mark:

Now, is it just me or did they totally crib this from Rhett & Link?
