Did liver really taste as bad as Rhett reacted to it?

When you first started the video, I was like, "Rhett's food fear is steak...?" I then gagged when I realized it was liver... And obviously so did Rhett.
Did the liver really taste that bad?
And what about the sushi? As squishy as it looks?

Ooh thanks for reminding me with this forum post Cara. I just tried sushi recently and IT IS REALLY GOOD! I have a Q too. Link did you use soy sauce with your sushi? Because that makes it taste really REALLY good!

Liver is very distinctive, but also very good (to me)! Beef , chicken, pork liver, fried or sauted are all excellent ways to try it. Braunschwieger sausage is liver, as is pate de foi gras (duck or goose). Liver and fried onions are wonderful together. Whenever I eat at a cafeteria, I almost always get it because I am the only one in my family who eats it.

@Phillip I don't know about liver. It looks like it's tough to chew and I don't like anything I have to chew for a long time. Good or bad...
