Describe your Mythical Beast

I am a Pteromonstra.  This is a combination of two inside jokes that I have with my friends.  "Ptero" as you can guess comes from Pterodactyl, the flying dinosaur.  That comes from two years ago when I lived with my roommate Sam.  One day, she was in our room and there was a sound that came from my side as if something had fallen or banged up against the wall.  She didn't know what it was and to this day neither do I.  When she confronted me about it, I concluded that it was "just my pet dinosaur hiding in my closet."  And so we gave this imaginary dinosaur a name, species and personality.  He was a purple Pterodactyl that only we could see and made random noises whenever he felt like he wasn't getting enough attention and usually liked to mess around with our coffee pot.  I gave him the most noble name that I can give such a creature........Jerry.  Today, we "share Jerry" and is still one of the best things about my friendship with Sam.

"monstra" is a different story.  I'm the typical kind of person who doesn't mind kicking back a few drinks.  And when I kick back some drinks, I get drunk.  And when I get drunk, I turn into a completely different person.  I was nicknamed "Tina Monster" for my occasional belligerent antics that either got me in trouble or made me the life of the party.  Some of "Tina Monster's" actions have included sleeping in the snow, dancing on tables, punching a man in the chest and telling my best friend that she is a bitch.  But that's my life, I decided to take these two creatures in my life and combine it to make the Pteromonstra.  Like Jerry, it is purple and it has massive wings.  It has horns and sharp teeth and usually has a bottle of vodka stashed somewhere on its body.  And that is my mythical beast, and I couldn't be any happier with it.
