Country China Buffet

Just like with Rhett & Link's much beloved FRONTIER WOK ~ Kung POW! Commercial ~ sometimes just the very name of a place can stir(fry) up the imagination. While driving around the Dallas area a while back, Mrs. Gumbo and I happened upon this little spot . . .

We did not go in to eat (and I'm kind of glad we didn't after seeing the even less than lackluster reviews on http://www.yelp.com/biz/country-china-dallas ) but as we continued down the road we brainstormed a list of what might be included on the menu of a Country Buffet / Chinese Buffet fusion restaurant.
