Blood brothers episode?

Can anybody tell me where it is that R&L share about becoming blood brothers? I've seen references to it here and there (either from their brief mentions or from fans referencing it) but don't think I've ever seen the episode (or whatever it was) where they first talked about it, and I've seen all of GMM, most of GMCL, and many of the vlogs. It's possible I missed it somehow though.

They've talked about it a couple of times! The most detailed account is in Ear Biscuits, I believe. It also gets talked about in their documentary movie Looking for Ms. Locklear, as they mention in the Ear Biscuits episode.
