Best/Worst Movies of All Time?

I was sitting last night when it struck me: What is the best and the worst movie ever?
Well we all know "Looking For Ms. Locklear" is the best movie ever, but what is the 2nd best movie ever? My personal favorites are Inception, any Disney/Pixar movie, Paranorman, Coraline, Despicable Me. My least favorites are probably The Reef, Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs, Cars 2. So what is yours?
