Anyone remember the speach jammer app?

I don't want to sou nd like a huge jerk but I have a feeling that the Kommuntiy would feel the same. Does anyone remember the speach jammer. The one Rhett and Link used several times. I remember hearing about them making an app out of it one day. Am I crazy? Did they ever say this? Am i filling this out right(first time posting a discussion)? Thank you for any response you have!
