Advice for the Newbie Video maker

I really love your vids (Red House is what won me over) and I just was asking for some advice. Two friends and I have a idea for a web short that is really funny, but we have really no idea how to get started. We been kicking around a few idea, but were wondering were to begin. The idea is solid, we have scripts for quite a few episodes but just kind of stuck there...
