Would you rather eat a gallon of sand or stand on your head for a whole day at work?

Would I be able to wash the sand down with a soda or would I have to eat it all dry? If I could have a soda I'd probably go with the sand.

hmmm... stand on my head :) itd be reeeally tough id imagine, but i guess itd be a good work out, no? haha
