Under the profile picture / avatar on every member's personal page you should see a link titled "Send a Message" - - - we call this Komm-mail, Not as "instant" as some other methods, but it does send an e-mail message directly to the account as the member registered. Depending on the member's profile settings you might have to be a friend in order to message them.
Sending you a test message now so you will see how it works.
The other alternative is to post directly on the member's wall as I've done here. Do not need to be a friend unless they have the profile settings as PRIVATE
