I like a lot of instrumental rock artists like Joe Satriani and Steve vai and people like that, and wish to emulate them by playing and writing music like that some day. As for bands one of my favourite bands is Dream Theater who I'm going to see in just under 2 months. I've been playing the guitar for about 6 years, how about yourself?

That's cool, jazz is one of my favourite genres. I particularly like jazz funk aswell, bands like level 42 and funk bassists like Victor Wooten and Stanley Clarke. Another favourite artists of mine is Paul Gilbert. I like a lot of the virtuoso guitar players because I really appreciate music that has technicality but also musicality. How much doyo practice guitar a day?

Yeah I get a couple of hours in practice in a day too. Playing the guitar is my favourite thing to do in the world XD, that's why I want to play the guitar for a living when I'm older. I'm only 13 thguoh so that's going to take a while XD.

Do you play acoustic or electric guitar mainly?

I play the electric guitar and am taught the electric guitar, however I have an acoustic which i do play occasionally. Very nice, Schecter are a great make. I almost bought Damien 7FR, but I didn't like it. I don;t think it was the guitar, I think it was me just not being able get the hang of playing a 7 string haha.
