I was surfing YouTube and saw one of their videos in the recommended section, thought it was hilarious, and watched all their videos.

I was minding my own business one day, exploring the depths of YouTube, when I stumbled across Julian Smith. After flying through all of his videos, I felt an empty space in my life. Of course, YouTube recommended R&L and my life has never been the same since. So many hours...

My dad showed me the Redhouse commercial.

I came across Rhett and Link while I was "studying" at the library for a Microbiology exam. I reached the moment in my studies that my brain could not continue on with mundane reading and memorizing graphs. A friend I was with busted out his computer to show me his latest selections of Youtube entertainment. The video he wished to expose me to was "How to Kill a Mustache". Truly, I was impressed and wanted to view more songs and videos. Now that I discovered GMM, I can't get enough of the goodness that is there.

I found them because Hank Green did a video with them. I decided to see what sort of videos they made and thats how I found them.

found 'em last month on the suggested videos on Youtube... I think the first vid I saw was the best candy/chocolate bar? XP
I loved them! They are cute! They remind me of me and my bff; talking about something so seriously on some senseless things xP
I am totally excited on the Mythical Show >w/p>

My teacher played the Nilla Wafer Top Hat Time song before class, had to fave on youtube, and things caught on from there...! >:3

What's In The Bible? DVD's, followed by Google.

The first video I watched was Supernote 2012, but for some wirerd reason, I didn't stick around.  Then,  last week,  Hank Green did a video with them,  and I'm in the middle of discovering new channels so I though I would check it out.  Best decition I ever made! They're probably my favorite channel now.

I found Rhett and Link through the Fine Bros. YouTubers react series.  I  liked them the best out of the gathered YouTubers and then looked 'em up on YouTube.  Been watching GMM since.

Here's an excerpt from my mythical blog post "The Birth of a Beast":

I used to wander the deserted streets of my own mind. The search for someone or something that shares the same interest in humor drew long and tiresome. My mother thought I was crazy. My jokes were horrible, and my puns made children face palm themselves. What was I to do?

Well, one day, a friend shared a video titled "Epic Rap Battle". I watched it, laughing at each verse. I almost died when they did their solo dance. After replaying the video 5 times, I realized why I liked it so much. It wasn't the hard beat or the rhymes. And their jokes weren't the funniest. What I loved about the video was that I could relate to it. Its randomness and quirkiness was what I've been looking for. But, I asked myself, are all their videos like this?

And so started my journey to becoming a mythical beast. After watching everything from Unicorn Rap to the Men who Can't (within moderation of course), I realized that I was a fan. A mythical beast.
