Phone.

since the last post was so random and got so much amazing feedback (6 replies as of 6-23{Update: since the other discussion was featured, it got 27 replies. made my day, just saying}), i decided to make one that is just as random.

i want a new phone.

KIDDING, kidding.

i have the first alias, and i've had it for about 2 years (2 years in December!). i have the 2 year plan thing, but I CAN'T WAIT ANY LONGER. i want the iPhone 4, or something equally as awesome(i was thinking the droid?), but my mom doesnt want me getting a new phone until november. hmmmm...

do YOU (yeah, you right there) have any ideas on convincing my mom to get me a new phone before november?

{also, my mother was thinking about just switching us over to at&t when the contracts are done. i dont personally want to cause i dont like at&t cause the service is bad and expensive i think. thoughts?}

I would definitely wait until November. It seems really far away, but it will go faster than you think. There could be lots of fees involved with switching phones before your contract is up, or it might make the phone more expensive. And if you follow your mom's wishes, she might be more inclined to get you one of those awesome phones. I know you wanted ideas for convincing your mom, but this is the best advice I can give you. I've had a Juke for about 3 summers now. Would I like to switch? Yes, I would. An iPhone or Droid would be awesome. However, financially it is just not viable right now. Your mom is really only thinking of what is best financially. Trust me--she is not out to make things inconvenient for you. And waiting will be a great exercise in patience. :)
