New Mythical Form of Greeting

A new form of mythical greeting should be the following:

Both persons use their right hands to clasp one another's right wrist, while they use their left hands to clasp each other's right upper arm.

As I understand it, this was the standard of the formal greeting of a friend or relative in the earlier Middle Ages.
