Okay, for real, the guy rips the video off of you guys, I mean, totally lifts it off of YOUR video, and doesn't give ANY credit in the sidebar. Well, at least he kept the link at the end so people know where to go. Does this upset you guys at all when people do this? What should we as fans do when we see this? I know I would get upset. That's called plagarism, last I checked, or copyright infringement, or something.

i don't understand what people like this are thinking...someone else did the same thing with our SETI video today...and made it a "response" to the video on our channel (!?). I don't think these people realize what they're doing.
I contacted this guy you linked to, via Youtube, and asked him to take it down. we'll see. thanks for letting us know. whenever you see that happen, feel free to write on their channel wall about it. they'll most-likely see it.

It's now 2016 and the video is STILL up on YouTube! And it still doesn't credit you two. I commented, but was afraid to "report" because a text comes up saying "Abuse of our legal form may result in the termination of your YouTube account," so I'm afraid of doing that even though I know posting your video like that is wrong. I'm not sure what to select. Suggestions? Maybe it's something you guys or someone you know has to handle?

I was surprised when I clicked the link and it was from 2009. I don't think the channel is even active any more, nothing uploaded in 6 years. Could probably get it taken down with a copyright strike. It's unlikely the uploader would even bother to appeal since it doesn't look like they're using the account.

I agree with Teresa, he should of put credit in the sidebar...
I mean, it would seem he is trying to promote Rhett and Link videos - so no need for major anger ... let's just matter of factly get our point across, after all, we ARE representing Rhett and Link ourselves, so manners please!! and like Link said, I don't think he/she realizes what he is doing -I am sure he does NOW....

If he were trying to promote Rhett and Link he would have said, "These guys are great!" or something in the information side bar. NO, he didn't even put "rhett and link" in the tags. And he put all the "PLZZZZZ subscribe" and "OHH and commentt." And he only put up one video. I think he was trying to get attention for himself. You would think people--especially people who claim to be 35 years old--would know about stealing things.
Especially Rhett and Link's videos when they have the kind of Kommunity that they do. Don't mess with Mythical Beasts... or RandLers... haha.

He also put "Made by meee lolz don't forget to comment and subscribee!" in an annotation at the beginning. The thing that really bothers me is that Rhett and Link's original video is the first one in "Related Videos". How did the people who left positive comments on the video not realize that?! =/

Grrr that makes me mad! I would have left a nasty comment for him but don't want to misrepresent the Kommunity. But I did rate it "one star," so there!

Seriously, this is what Facebook is for, not YouTube. I've been posting RandL videos on my wall for weeks now, and, since I found them a little late, will have videos to post for the next year. But I'd never claim them as my own! I even joined the Kommunity, made Rhett my friend, and e-mailed him directly, bypassing the moderators, just to make sure I could post my son's fan video on You Tube without violating Terms of Use.
