What Rhett said in "Worst Movie Title Translations" (Marley & Me)

Does ANYONE know what Rhett said at 5:40 during the video of "Worst Movie Title Translations": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yqxhhog1jx0 ? I've tried looking at different websites by searching something like 'weird movie translations', and I've tried searching specifically 'Marley and Me title translation in Malaysia'. Nothing comes up. I'm starting to think that Rhett was making up that title because I can't find it ANYWHERE...

Are you kidding me right? Do you think that they needed that for the views? Come on they are not a couple of 16 year olds making videos with an amateur camera with 14year olds watching them. They know better than this, thay know how the fandom is like. And if the secret of taking many views was on swearing everybody would do that. It doesn't make any sense, they always had their type of humour no matter what other youtubers did and despite the comments they got,why would they change that now? After hitting 10.000 and having Tumblr going crazier than ever over them?

Also when you personally don't like something doesn't mean it was "done for views"

Well, I clicked it 3 or 4 times more than usual to try to figure it out.

Rhett and link have cussed a couple times on GMM way before that episode aired, and it hasn't caused any hate or complaints in the comment section, only a little shocks and laughs. But luckily they did bleep them out except for the time Rhett said jack*ss on GMMore at 4:19. People shouldn't be freaking just because Rhett cussed when this is a family friendly channel. Many well-known youtubers that some parents allow their kids to watch them cuss in their videos yet the parents don't even complain because the youtuber either censors it out or they only mildly swear which in this case the parents trust their kids and know that they are mature enough to understand that swearing is bad.

They usually bleep swears out

:D

Thanks, I feel like this proves that Rhett had make this up because Malaysia is not on this list and I feel like it would have been if it was dramatically different.
I'm still curious as to what Rhett said though.. :/

I mean the reaction from Link and the crew were really genuine, but every time anyone's sworn it's never been censored by a black box! And also I don't think that just because there was a joke about censoring that GMM is changing, I mean there's been several cases of them swearing in the past, like here here and here -I consider 'piss' a swear- and they've also sworn a few times in ear biscuits so I mean it's not a new thing. Idk I think that while they keep GMM PG (which it is because it was censored) they're also adults and have an adults sense of humour and vocabulary!
So I dunno like naturally people are curious but they've sworn several times in the past so personally to me it's a little odd seeing people upset and disappointed by the joke here, especially since it seemed to be a thought out and planned joke -it looked like he was reading it from a screen-

Maybe there's a chance that it was a spoiler and didn't want the audience to hear it?

That could be possible.

Agreed.  They've sworn a lot in the past and in older seasons they've censored nearly all their cusswords (although, I have to give them credit bc the cusswords that they've ever said aren't really that bad and a lot of people would consider them to not be cusswords but instead to be not-nice words, like douche).  In recent seasons, if a guest or if they said the word "piss" or "pissed" they wouldn't censor it because a lot of people don't consider it a cuss word?? Idk, I mean it isn't necessarily a curse-word but it's a not-nice word

I'm proud of them for keeping it PG though (minus the splash-proof montage ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)), and I'm sure Rhett didn't say anything too bad (it's possible he didn't swear at all because they have never ever censored it with a black box), but maybe they did it because it's a spoiler? They've done that when they show GMMore clips at the end of the main episodes (Rhett was talking about his son Locke watching Julian Smith videos but in the clip they censored Julian Smith with a black box) but who knows! I know they're Christians so they probably keep any and all swearing to a minimum :3 but you ARE right about them being adults and idk this is just my opinion I am so sorry

Exactly. I think a lot of people are missing the core of the joke. It's the absurdity of the idea that Malaysia would censor "shagged" but make a very innocent movie title dirty. What Rhett actually said doesn't matter, and he could well have said something like "pretend I'm saying something shocking" if that makes people feel any better.

Yes, but there reactions weren't shocked. Link looked upset and looked like: "Rhett, you are so dumb!" The crew was laughing. I think if he had said "pretend I am saying something shocking." people would have gasped or said "oh my!" Anyways, you could be right. Maybe that was there way of acting shocked. I guess we'll never know. (Someone in the comments of the video said that we should riot until they release the non-beeped version. I don't think I would do that, because I HATE cursing! I don't like to hear it at all, but I suppose people have the freedom in a lot of places to say whatever they want. I am certainly not going to stand in the way of someone's freedom!
