Rhett said in a Good Mythical More episode a couple of weeks ago that they do wear a tiny bit of makeup if they do look to shiny or have a spot come up but only if they need to wear it

I remember in their Ear Biscuit with Juicystar and AllThatGlitters that they said they shared a make up sponge. Blair and Elle were properly horrified.

I would say yes. Like michelle said because of shine. You can tell when you watch GMM vs see them say in snapchat or a mellow video and their skin looks different. Just a little. But when they play women, you can totally see it.
