The video link you provided doesn't work, so here is one of many YT vids on that subject.  In the past six months since Burger King issued that challenge it has already been accomplished by a lot of folks.

R&L typically only perform extreme (hot / slimy / weird / unusual) food challenges. 

Not to say they R&L haven't included burgers in various forms as part of other games and challenges (reference Rhett's Quad-Whopper nomming below), but they have never (to my limited knowledge) taken on any high volume eating or drinking (i.e. gallon of milk in one hour) challenge yet.

But who knows? they just might take you up on this one.

The Burgers on the Menu include:
1. Hamburger
2. Cheeseburger
3. Bacon Cheeseburger
4. Double Cheeseburger
5. Double Bacon Cheeseburger
6. Junior Whopper
7. Whopper
8. Angry Whopper
9. Double Whopper
10. Triple Whopper w/Cheese

Of course, if they do it where I live, they'd also need to include the

Texas Bacon Double Whopper w/ Cheese & Jalepeños
