Expectations for season 4?

Seeing as season 4 of GMM is nearly upon us, I was curious as to what the Mythical Beasts' thoughts are concerning it. What do you expect to see in it? Do you think it'll be pretty much the same, completely different, or somewhere in between?

I think it's possible that R&L might incorporate some aspects of TMS into GMM. What exactly? I'm not sure. I have a feeling that GMM will be different than the previous seasons. I'm not worried; I'm excited to see what they have in store for us!

I will begin by saying that I am VERY excited for the return of GMM!
But, I do expect that going from season 3 to season 4, we will see more change to the show than we ever have. My only fear is losing that feeling of two guys sitting at a card table, having a conversation. That is one of the things I love most about GMM! I don't need anything fancy or super-thought out to enjoy watching the show :)
So bottom line, I expect that it will be great! And the guys know what they're doing! But I hope it stays true to what it has always been.

I totally agree, that the simplicity of GMM is what is great about it, just two guys talking about stuff for ten minutes.I think that they might get caught in between TMS and GMM because they're two different kinds of shows, and there's aspects that fans would like to see come back in GMM while TMS is away, or like video ideas that they've let sit for a while that some beasts found and want them to make more of. Maybe they should stick to the regular GMM feel but maybe kind of like how they had the friday segments "Best ever..." or Thursday Means Mail (which I also think they should bring back) with Time Rangerers, they could either bring back Time Rangerers or instead put another kind of segment in there. Or have the friday shows be a certain segment that beasts want, so that way they can keep GMM just like the good old days and still bring back aspects that beasts really want back as well.

Ya is like to see Thursday means mail and Time RANGERERS again! And of course the mail boulder...
...I also kinda hope that they keep the "one-take" component that GMM has always been. No cut always, splicing, or changing segments by stopping the camera...
But again, whatever they do will be fine I suppose :) these are just my thoughts!

I agree! The "one-take" helped to give GMM the feeling of sincerity. We had the opportunity to see a bit of who they are and how they think without it being processed through scripts and editing.

I definitely want to see them keep doing Thursday Means Mail. They need to keep building that Mythical Mail Boulder after all.

I just discovered the Secret GMM PuzzleKast, and I was thinking about the Quest for the Seven Keys and the Morse code message around the sole of the Mythical Shoe. I think it's about time for another Mythical Mystery Game. As a new but very dedicated Mythical Beast I'd love the opportunity to see if I am up to the challenge of proving how mythical I really am.

I think someone mentioned outside of this post that they should bring back Link's Golden Advice for Single Guys and The Future According to Rhett. I agree with that, too. @Rachel I just watched the Secret GMM PuzzleKast and I think bringing back Link's advice would fulfill his dream of becoming a counselor :)

I'm hoping that it'll be more like the other seasons of GMM than TMS, just because I prefer GMM to TMS.
