Why is Rhett always on the left and Link on the right?

In every video Link is on the right side of Rhett and he's on Link's left. Is there any particular reason for this, or is it just how it worked out? The only time it's not like that is on the Kast.

Great question.

Whenever we play live music, I'm on the right and Link's on the left. Because the we stand pretty close together, if I was on the left, the neck of my guitar would stick out across Link. So we kind of carried that over to the live show since we played music on it.

But, in general, we prefer to have me on the left and Link on the right, because that's "Rhett and Link" from left to right, like you would normally read it.

That's probably confusing. But true.
