Are you offering to host a Birmingham or London meet-up? So far nobody has stepped up to volunteer as host, but that can change quickly if you're BEAST enough.
Just look at the simple site-hosting tips and also check out the UK meet-up discussion page from last year. Two were set to occur but, sadly, I never received a confirmation from the London folks whether they actually met or not.
