Shooting Process

So, I'm just wondering what your shooting process is like.

How many of the shots (ie, close-up, wide shot, two-shot, etc.) do you decide on the set or before you get there?

Do you guys shoot the scene multiple times, just from different angles, and decide which shots you want in post, or actually know what you want before you finish shooting?

What's your method of to-do list or schedule for a shoot?

And one a some-what related note, how do you decide if your going to shoot a video with your HMC-150 or your SLR camera? (The pictures from the newspaper article showed you guys using SLR for Epic Rap Battle and 2 Guys 600 Pillows.) And what SLR camera are you using?
