Hmmm well we know it's short for Link and he's been called it since a kid. (They said that in one of the Chia Lincolns)

But his grandma calls him Charles I believe in one of the GMM endings where they call home.
We also know he uses Charles in formal places like when talking to cops and such.

Charles is his first name and Lincoln is his middle name so link is short for Lincoln his last name is Neal he is mostly known as link Neal and sometimes Lincoln neal
