Mythical Beasts!

Jen from the Rhett & Link crew here! Hope you all are having a wonderful day.

We now have an option on YouTube to allow fans to contribute captions for other languages on the videos so those who don't know English can also enjoy GMM! BUT, before we turn the fan captioning on, we'd love to have some trustworthy Mythical Beasts present themselves as loyal beasts to caption the videos correctly!

SO, if you think you can help out - reply to this post with the language you'd caption on the videos and your YouTube username. Share this with any beasts you think would love to help out! If we get enough people, we will turn captioning on and give further steps :)

Stay Mythical,

Jen

I could help with German, but it depends on how time-consuming that would be. One thing I could do for sure is, if someone translates something into German and I double check for errors and adjust to language to a way it makes sense in German. I have done this before for a Sci Show episode, where it was almost done translating, and then I checked it and corrected everything to make sense in German.

Maybe next year I could help to translate them into Chinese, but as said maybe next year, I'm still learning :D

Also, my youtube nick is: smallthetalk

This is great! I totally agree that English should be included in the list of languages to caption, not only for English-speaking deaf people, but for those trying to learn English who would really benefit from seeing the words as they're spoken.

Though I don't speak any other languages, I'd be happy to help for English if you choose to make that an available option. Username: kevinhilt

I would love to, but I'm only two weeks into introduction to Japanese. O_o I can say hello and sorry, but that's about as far as it goes. Oh well, maybe in a few months (or years) I'll be able to help out.

I'll be sure to pass this along if I find anyone able to help. ^_^
