How I wish I could visit you someday

But unfortunately flights are not cheap

So I must dream of visiting Britain in my sleep

And Top Gear too

British television beats America by a mile

Whenever I listen to British bands, I smile

Like the Beatles, Coldplay, Pink Floyd, or Muse

The British win at everything, from accents to…

If cars had feelings--

Well first off, who's to say they don't?

Who says that they can't feel bad or that they can't gloat?

Who says it doesn't hurt for a car to drive on a hot dusty road?

Or if a person scratches the chrome?

Who says cars don't have self esteem?

Who says that it doesn't hurt their feelings when you say something mean?

Like, "What a clunker," or "What a junker,"

Who says it doesn't hurt their feelings?

This is a poem about poems

Every line in a poem must be flowin'

Even though that last line didn't really flow with the first

Oh well at least this line isn't worse

Why is everyone on the Komm so poem crazy right now?

It's almost as if everyone has mad cow

Disease, except with a rhyming twist

All the lovey-doveyness is making me kind of sick

So I write poems to lighten the mood

About "love", poems, and even bird poo

And now…

Well since everyone's going crazy on the whole poem thing, I guess I will too.

Here's a poem I just composed

I call it "Bird".

O bird

O lovely bird!

How your sweet song soothes me so!

How your bug-infested feathers ruffling in the wind invokes such strong emotion within my soul!

How your poop landing on my stuff pisses me off!

How you so lovingly feed your young by upchucking into their mouths!

O bird

O lovely bird!
