hey Julie! Yeah, if you're looking for something inexpensive and easy to use, THE best camera would be a Flip Ultra HD. It's the cheapest one, (only $200) AND the video looks the best. It may be a little larger than the Flip Mino HD, but it's still compact enough to fit in your pocket. Transferring the videos is really easy, just plug in the camera to the USB and transfer the files.
