Thanks for your "non-confrontive" approach on the discussion post about Paul's Gospel. I would never argue doctrine, but felt compelled to throw my two cents in based on the "answer" you were given earlier today since it didn't address your question. I'll stay out of it other than that but wanted to commend you . . . FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT . . . but don't sling any mud or throw cheap punches in the process.
My thoughts exactly. In fact our Pastor is doing a Wednesday night Bible study titled "Making Wise Decisions" and the subject this week was on recogniaing the difference between PRINCIPLES and PREFERANCE - - - doctrinal issues as opposed to personal convictions. Hard for me to understand how a church splits over the color of carpet chosen in a remodel project, but it does happen. Some things are worth dying for . . others not so much.
