Well thank YOU for signing up and I hope you're enjoying the Kommunity so far! I listen (and play) a lot of older music, like Johnny Cash, Cat Stevens, Bruce Springsteen, but I like a bit of newer pop like Motion City Soundtrack and PUSA. How about yourself?

Steve Vai was the person who influenced me to play the guitar, I still love him and all the music he creates. I've only been playing for 5, darn you got me beat haha. The main stuff I play is lead jazz, I love the intricate and complicated melodies it has.

Victor Wooten is just absolutely amazing!

It's hard to tell, because there's time that I play for "learning", and just about the entire rest of the day I'm playing just for playing haha. But usually I'll get a couple hours of practice in a day. How about you?

I want to be a musician as well once I'm older! I used to want to be only a guitarist, but lately I've branched out my interests into song writing and singing. I'm absolutely terrible but I love it haha. Maybe one day we'll be playing together. :)
