Hey Christina, no problem! First you want to upload your file to your "MyPage" (click on add photo, add video, etc). Then after it's there, go click on it, and copy that link from your browser...then paste it into the appropriate forum group (video/audio/photo) saying "here's my entry" or something like that. The moderator of that forum will round up your link into the top of the discussion. Hope that helps, feel free to contact me again if that doesn't work! -Tammy
