Chat trolls are not uncommon, but they're also not hard to get rid of. Read these five easy steps to handle them.

Step One:

Take screenshots! On a mac computer it's control shift and "4" at the same time. Then make a square around whatever is being screenshotted it should be saved to your desktop file. You'll know what I mean when you do so.

Step two: Report! Open up "inbox" and send a message containing screenshots to BananaAnna2008, she's a K-Mod and will suspend, ban or warn the troll.

Step three: Block the troll! On the "members online" list next to the chat window, click on the arrow next to the troll's name and you'll see "Ignore", click that.

Step four: Distract! To get the chat topic off of the troll, divert the attention to something else. This can be done with fun questions and such. After all, the only thing the troll wants is attention.
