I loved the original series from the very first day, and have watched rerun upon countless rerun of those episodes. It took me a while to warm up to TNG, but when I did I became as much a fan as always. DS9 was not bad, but I began to get bored with it after the first few seasons, and eventually drifted away. Voyager never really grabbed me. While it was cool to have a woman captain, Janeway's voice was always a bit grating. I never even got what ST:Ent was all about...not that I didn't understand it. I just always thought, why bother? Now...did anyone ever watch the animated episodes? They were sort of lame by today's standards, sure, but for the Trekker, they could provide some intriguing storylines.
I did! Some of it was a bit far fetched, even for Star Trek, but it gave us fans something to hold on to before the motion pictures

Being a kid of the "new generation" I never got the chance to see the original series. So I got all my Star Trek loving from TNG with my dad, staying up late in the night watching the whole series on DVD wasting away large amounts of popcorn. But I also really loved Enterprise, something about the characters really grabbed me and I loved every episode. I'm sure I'm not as much of a die hard trekker as most people are, and I'm not sure if opinion matters much because of it but those are definitely my 2 favorite series of the show. :)
Enterprise lost me, but I have fond memories of the other series. From Sunday afternoons watching ST:TOS with my Dad on channel 6, to video taping ST:TNG so I wouldn't miss a thing. Lotta good memories.
Gotta go with the original, you can't bet perfection. I like the old school sci-fi corniness of it. My Dad got the series on DVD so our family has watched all of them. I haven't really had a chance to watch much of the other series but I think my Star Trek "first love" will always be the original.
Original BY FAR. Voyager comes a close second since I always like the newer tech.

oh, the original series. the very first episode i fell in love with McCoy, Spock and Kirk.

and for the record, the t is for tiberius.

ORIGINAL!!!!! Hands down no questions asked!! Kirk, Spock, Bones, Mr. Scott, Chekhov, Sulu, Uhura!!!! What is not to love?? That being said, my second favorite series would have to be the animated series. With the same great voices and cheesy 1970's save every penny animation its awesome!

I used to like the original series most by far, but as i have watched more and more of the Next Generation i have started to lean towards that. The characters in original are my favorite except for Data. For me Nemesis had the sadest ending due to my love for Data.

The original series and the Next Generation are my favorites. When I was younger, I remember watching TNG on TV with my dad...until one of the episodes freaked me out and gave me nightmares, so my mom made me stop watching ;)  My dad bought TOS seasons on DVD later on, and we had so much fun watching those together, since that was the series he grew up with.  Both TOS and TNG hold a special place in my heart :)

Spock is my favorite, but I love Picard and Data! Trekkie and proud! ;)

Yeah, Data is awesome. I'd have to say I like TNG the best, but I haven't seen too many of the other ones. Now my Mom and I are watching them in order of Stardate, so I've seen quite a bit of Enterprise. Voyager and Enterprise have such a different feel from the others, especially Voyager. They are a bit less professional, and in Voyager they are most likely to miss the 'Red Shirts'.

Enterprise because it is the most clean cut but also the pioneering days and formulation of the federation was great material - pity it was cut short!!! :)
