It would make sense for him to check traffic. He could be a literal HERO unit. (In Georgia here we have these HERO units that go on the highways helping when there's trouble, so this would make sense)

Sorry its blurry.  I tend not to mark very heavy marks. Plus it is raining outside, so lighting (coming from window in corner of picture) is bad.
