So I had an itch to draw some new R&L fanart... I put out a request for suggestions (don't worry... I am considering them all) when I got to thinking... gee that Bacon Bot looks like he could pass for a Muppet. Which eventually led to this. I didn't add any shading as I felt it added to the Sesame Street vibe. Oh, and as always, I want this on a T-Shirt. (c'mon... you know you want it too)

Glad you all enjoyed the drawing... as far as how I made it... well... I am a professional cartoonist. I drew it. It's kinda what I do. I scanned my original inked drawing into photoshop and colored it there. Not much else to it, really.

As a mythical beast, professional puppet builder and muppet fan, this photo excites me so much that I my pulse quickens. Love it. Maybe this should be the new Rhett and Link puppet team. I think Rhett and Link should be the new Ernie and Bert. Ernie's rubber duckie could be made more mythical to fit the mythical beast theme.
I'd buy this as a T-shirt.

This maybe a failed photo. Originally Bert and Ernie were gay but then they got reworked after a few episodes because people are stuck up, Just like how Cookie Monster eats vegetables now. They keep doing reworks because of controversy. Back when Rhett and Link were kids; Snuffy the Elephant was Big Bird's stoned out hallucination, nobody liked Big Bird with red eyes so they changed him to not have red eyes because people thought kids would take up drug smoking so they changed him to make it seem like he was a imaginary friend, those darn parent groups chimed in again and Snuffy was changed to a actual character that everyone could see because parents feared children would talk to themselves. If you wondered why I call this photo a fail, it's because Rhett and Link are 2 straight guys who do not live with each other which is the complete opposite of Bert and Ernie. If you want to know Bert and Ernie's reworks; it was that the 2 would go from 2 gay men living together, to 2 men who were roommates, to 2 men who are now considered brothers.
