Thoughts on today's tastings . . .

1 - although it really does taste good, just saying the words "beef heart" are satisfying in itself. Sounds like . . . ?

2 - too bad that the GMM Krewe either didn't think about it or could not locate any HARTEBEAST heart . . .    

     I'm sure Chuck Testa could have hooked them up with some.
