So Mythicon is for all ages right? Because im 12 and I can go if All ages can come XD

Yes, it's for all ages! For younger participants such as yourself, I assume you'll be accompanied by a parent, which is also fine. :)

Yes, admission to the Smithsonian Zoo is free! The only possible cost would be if you drive into DC and have to park at the zoo -- they charge for parking, I believe. You can check here for more information if you need it: http://nationalzoo.si.edu/Visit/gettingtozoo.cfm

We'll be gathering just inside the main entrance of the zoo at 1:00 p.m. Hope to see you there!

Hi, Im intereste in going but dont know if I'd be able to, since im only 13. I have a few quick questions i need to know before i ask my parents.

• will it cost money to get in?? if so how much?
• what will be going down, like what activities and such, or is it just a place for Mythical Beasts to hang out and chat?
• how long will it last??

Hi, Evelyn! My answers to your questions are below...I hope they're helpful!

1. There is no admission cost to enter the DC zoo. However, if you're driving into DC and plan to park at the zoo, they charge a $22 parking fee. Please check this link for more information: http://nationalzoo.si.edu/Visit/gettingtozoo.cfm
2. Mythicon in general has a casual hangout vibe. We will start as a group with some ice-breaker/introduction activities like sharing how you discovered Rhett and Link, what your favorite videos are, etc. We'll also have some R&L trivia. After that, we'll be going around the zoo together and just hanging out!
3. Mythicon will last at least an hour, but everyone is free to stay at the zoo for as long as they like, even if the larger Mythicon group breaks up. The zoo is huge, and there is TONS to explore.

Since you're 13, your parents are free to come with you to Mythicon if they want/need!

So I've found out that I am off the 18th! I didn't even have to take off lol. So I should totally be there unless something else happens. My husband might be tagging along because he just loves the zoo lol. Sorry it took awhile to find out.
